Dongducheon Gwangju Jeong's sungjaegongpamunjung is a typical upper-class family that has produced numerous civil servants and scholars since late Goryeo until late Chosun era. In particular, the grave of Honourable Jung Sa Ho, a representative figure among the Gwangju Jeongs, is named as the #6 Native Remaining Asset and managed separately.

Ancient document held by Dongducheon Gwangju Jeong is derived from sungjaegongpa jungsusang lineage, composed of four categories and sixty-one pieces including the gyoryeong category, sochagyejang category, chupgwantongbo category and myungmungi category. Amongst this collection, census data from sochagyejang category and property distribution data from myungmungi category form the main pillars. These primary sources accurately reflect the economic status of this particular historical period and are highly valuable for informing the economy and lifestyles of old Dongducheon, given the scarcity of data available on the region. Moreover, the Academy of Korean Studies (previously the Korean Spiritual Culture Center) has introduced this ancient document on the "71 Selected Historical Documents" as part of the promotion for Korean studies on September 2004; a rare achievement in the north of Han River and adding more value to this asset.
